1. Who we are
Inverro Leads is a trading name of The Trade Marketing Ltd(the "we", "us" in this policy), a company registered in England & Wales. We're the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect
From contractors (UK tradespeople who sign up):
- Name, business name, email, phone, trade, address
- Insurance + trade registration details (provider, policy, expiry, registration body, registration number)
- Hours of operation and emergency availability
- Card & billing data — collected and stored by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Authentication identifiers (Supabase Auth)
From consumers (homeowners who submit a lead form via our ads):
- Name, phone, email (optional), postcode
- Job description / service requested
- UTM source / medium / campaign for attribution
3. How we use it
- Routing leads to contractors — the consumer's details are forwarded to a single matched contractor in their postcode area + trade.
- Operating the platform — billing, dispute resolution, monthly reporting, customer support.
- Transactional communications — lead-arrived alerts, balance warnings, dispute outcomes, payment confirmations.
- Service improvement — aggregate analytics (no individual profiling).
We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for purposes outside this list.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database + authentication (data hosted in EU).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- GoHighLevel — operational CRM for our team to track consumer-side leads.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Meta — only ad attribution metadata, never PII beyond what the consumer voluntarily submits.
5. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract — performing the lead-routing service contractors signed up for.
- Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, security, dispute management.
- Consent — for consumer-side data captured via our ad lead forms (consumers tick a box agreeing to be contacted).
6. How long we keep data
- Active contractor accounts: while the account exists.
- Cancelled contractor accounts: 7 years (HMRC accounting requirements), then deleted.
- Consumer lead records: 2 years from receipt.
- Disputed leads: 3 years from resolution.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (right to erasure) — contractors can do this self-serve from Settings → Delete account. Consumers can email hello@inverroleads.com.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication (Supabase) and checkout (Stripe). We do not use third-party analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be emailed to active contractors at least 30 days before they take effect.
