1. The service
Inverro Leads("Inverro", "we") is a trading name of The Trade Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. We run paid ads on your behalf, capture consumer enquiries, and route each lead exclusively to one matched contractor.

2. Account & eligibility
To open a contractor account you must (a) operate a UK-based trades business, (b) hold valid public liability insurance (£1M minimum), (c) hold any relevant trade registration (e.g. Gas Safe for boiler work), and (d) be over 18.
We may suspend or close accounts that misrepresent credentials, fail to respond to leads, or breach these terms.
3. Pricing
- £197 / month platform fee — covers routing, dispute management, monthly reporting, your account operator, campaign optimisation. Billed via Stripe, renews automatically. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
- Per-lead charges— deducted from a prepaid lead-credit balance at your trade's CPL each time a lead routes to you. Pricing per trade is shown on the pricing page and inside the dashboard.
- Auto top-up — when your balance drops below a threshold you set, we charge your saved card for the top-up amount you set. You control both thresholds at Billing → Settings.
4. Lead exclusivity
Every lead routed to you is yours alone — not shared with other contractors. We route in a round-robin across the small number of vetted operators in each postcode + trade pool.
5. Disputes
You can dispute a lead via the dashboard for these reasons:
- Out of your service area
- Wrong trade
- Duplicate of a previous lead
- Invalid number / unreachable
- Already a customer
- Other (with explanation)
We review every dispute within 48 hours. Approved disputes credit back the full CPL. Final decisions are at our reasonable discretion, made in good faith.
6. Pause & cancellation
- Pause — toggle from your dashboard any time. Lead flow stops immediately. The £197 platform fee continues to bill while paused (covers holding your area).
- Cancel — from Billing. Lead flow continues until the end of your current billing period; no further charges after that. Any remaining lead credit is yours to use through the period end. After the period ends, unused credit is forfeited unless you email us for a refund within 30 days.
7. Your obligations
- Respond to routed leads in a reasonable timeframe (we aim for under 5 minutes; consistent slow response may result in pause / removal).
- Honour the quote pricing you advertise on your business profile.
- Maintain valid insurance and registration. Tell us within 7 days of any change.
- Don't share lead contact details with anyone outside your business.
- Treat consumer customers fairly under UK consumer law.
8. Liability
Inverro is a lead-routing service. We are not a party to the eventual contract between you and the consumer. We're not liable for the quality of work performed, payment disputes between you and consumers, or any consequential loss arising from a lead.
Our aggregate liability to any contractor is capped at the total platform fees paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms (pricing, cancellation, dispute rules) require 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
